Located at the northern section of the municipality is barangay Tabing-Ilog. It is bounded by barangays Saog, Patubig, Sta Rosa II, Abangan Norte and Abangan Sur. It has total land area of 96 hectares. One of the two wet markets in the municipality is located here, catering to not only the residents of Marilao but the residents of neighboring towns as well. Economy is a mixture of activities ranging from retail, industry, manufacturing and poultry. These provide income and employment to both local residents and investors. There is one major commercial bank and one public elementary school in the barangay.
