2-story building completed around 1830 as 2 houses, later joined with alterations by Scott & Prescott in 1939. The facade is clad in red brick, with white sills and lintels. There is a small round window on each side at the corner, on the ground floor. The entry is framed by white columns supporting an entablature, and the building is topped by a green copper roof cornice. The building currently houses the NYU Center for Irish and Irish-American Studies, founded in 1993.

It is named after Lewis Glucksman, a former chair of Lehman Brothers, Kuhn, Loeb.
