According to a McMurdo recreation coordinator interviewed in Pitchfork, "Southern Exposure is the smoking bar. It's tiny, always dark, there is a poker table, a shuffleboard table, and a big screen TV that I've never personally seen working. It smells like a cigarette has been burning in there since 1934."
