Since 1992, the Society "South" changes the image of the Upper Orunia.
In the 20 years we have built a modern residential population of 70 buildings with 2,000 apartments, which is the center of life for 5000 inhabitants. Houses and apartments stand interesting architecture. Safety estate since 2004 provides clock video surveillance.
A rich and varied social infrastructure and sports and recreation. We have our own nursery school, sports center, tennis courts, playing football with artificial turf and three parking spaces. All surrounded by carefully maintained green areas representing half of the Cooperative.
All objects are made of the resources of members and are the property of the Cooperative.
A particular advantage is the adjacent park Oruński, especially Oruński Valley Stream, location perfect for walking, jogging and communing with nature. On the estate and within walking distance you will find the police station, health clinic, medical and dental, several pharmacies, gas stations, banks, church, primary school from middle school, kindergarten, shopping stores and shops in residential areas.
Public transportation provides connections to the city center, and from spring 2012 the trams.
As the only cooperative in Gdansk implement housing continuously for 20 years, and started when the market was not yet Gdansk developers.
Residents offer various forms of recreation, wellness, sports tournaments, festivals, tours, domestic and foreign. Huge interest is Oruński Chamber Concerts organized by the Cooperative since 2007 in the parish church, and the work of the Senior Club.
Currently, we start in the new residential estates for the years 2012 - 2017 which will be characterized by a large selection of apartments, high standard, reasonable price and low intensity development.
