Formerly known as the "Flower Clock" -- a working giant clock with its facets -- designed as a flowering garden. The numbers on the clock face were all designed out of plants and flowers, while the hour, minute, and second hands were made of metal.

In mid-2010, The Flower Clock had stopped working, leaving only plants, and being redesigned in December 2011, rechristened as "World-Class Filipinos Bloom".

It is my first time to see one of the biggest clock in Manila except the clock in Manila City Hall which is poorly maintained and was not working long time ago."
  • On my last visit here (June 2010) on the park, there are no longer working garden Clock here, only the plants are left here.
