Founded In 1656-59 by Cornelis Lantschot.
The complex consists of a number of one-storey houses and a chapel, dedicated to St. Rosalia, around a rectangular courtyard.
The brick and sandstone façade in Baroque regional style is marked by a higher middle, topped by a triangular pediment. In a richly detailed picture frame is the original gate, surmounted by a panel with the inscription "God Huys gefondeert / by / Cornelis Lantschot / anno 1656'. The former Almshouse was established in 1983 as protected architectural heritage (ID: 4926).
