This forest administered by Forestry Department of the Government is situated on Sialkot Narowal District Border & only 3-KM away from Sialkot-Jummu Working boundary between Pakistan & India and falls in Narowal District of Pakistan. Nearby villages are Shah Pur, Najo Chak, Naugran, Lakhnal on the West, South-West & Northwest side in Sialkot District & Deoli, Moga, Supwal etc. in the East of the jungle and these fall in Narowal District. This Jungle covers about 500-Acres of land area.

In old times it was a famous wildlife sanctuary. Wild animals like Hares, Jackals, Boar, Fox,Tigers, Deers, Stags & much more others were found there. But many animals are no more found there due to De-forestation activities. It was also a stock of various types of Trees, Herbs & Insects. There flows Nala Degh (Nala Dek)along the Eastern side of the jungle which itself was a water life sanctuary once. But now due to shortage of water level in rivers, streams in Pakistan, there is also remarkable decrease in stock of fish
& other water animals.

In the beginning of 21st Century it was handed over to Pakistan Army for Forestry Project.
