  There is no encroachment land,it the fault of the previous Governments who have failed to protect their property now a Chistinagar Goth has been established and atleast 800 katcha & pacca residential accommodation alongwith family are settled there including commercial area. But unfortunately Mughal Hazara Goth were regularized by the Government on the demand of Senator Faisal Raza Abidi but Chistinagar Goth were ignored.The Chistinagar Goth is infront of Mughal Hazra Goth and case for regularization of Chistinagar Goth is still pending in the Board of Revenue, Sindh. My humble opinion is this the present Government to think over if the Goth is systematically regularized and provide them all basic necessary facilities the Government of Sindh will earn lacs of rupees in shape of Electric, Sui Gas and other bills and inhabitant of the Goth will get valid / legal documents in their favour.

  no one has a right to occupy land through illegal means and should be punished for this by government so no one dares to do this again.
