Guinigi palace was built at the end of the 14th century, it is the last aulic rielaboration of the traditional local Romanesque-Gothic house. Like the tower, it is completely made of bricks, and on the ground floor it has original open arches resting on stone pillars. On the upper floors, wide windows with three and four lights, with trefoil arches on thin little columns, give light to the halls, making the compact wall much lighter. Since the Guinigi family extinguished, the palazzo recently passed over to the Town Council.
