Navitas has dark sand and is quite nice for swimming.
There are picnic huts for rent by the beach and also accomodation at the Dona Crispina Hotel.
Fishing is the main source of livelihood along the shore region.

  • I was born and raised in this place, the main source of income before is fishing but now it emerges into something else like putting a hatchery, selling fish, and marketing. If you would notice the houses before are made up of nipa and bamboo but now wherever your eyes sets in you can see the concrete houses and mansions... its like all over Navitas. It means that Navitas is slowly improving but i would like also to get the attention of the Numancia LGU to help Navitas improve their roads and facilities like the multi-purpose pavement and others. Let us make Navitas a tourist destination. We can if we will.
