Diving with sharks off the Seal Island is possible from April to mid-September. The rest of the time, they move closer to the shore to enjoy smaller sharks and commercial fish. From June to mid-August, the predator is most likely to hunt. Suppose that in the dark green waters of South Africa and not the best visibility under water in comparison with three other places for diving with white sharks, but only watching the sharks from a cage or from a boat in Falls Bay, you can best see their incredible maneuver “Flying jaws” when a predator fully jumps out of the water, trying to grab a fur seal or a bait launched into the water. Seal Island is located just 25 minutes by boat from the mainland and less than an hour from Cape Town. The coast of the island is teeming with a favorite delicacy of the white shark: about 64,000 South African fur seals, along with impressive colonies of cormorants and penguins - like a bell for dinner, which never stops. Divers can watch the jumping shark from the cage or from the boat, while the lure of the fur seal drags behind the ship, causing the shark to perform powerful jumps from the water.
