  • It is a Bengali medium higher secondary school located in the heart of Behala. The school produced many luminaries in the fields of education and culture.Student from JVRM got 8th ranking in Board HS exam.A hoard of renowned senior doctors, engineers,bankers and government officers are alumni of JVRM.I can remember that JVRM own the State School Football Championship in the year 1971. The school weithered naxalite movement in seventies. I did my HS from JVRM in 1976;thereafter, joined CU for graduate studies. Life goes on uncharted in search of good living and as usual I moved to places in outside India. I felt bad of ignotant comments on JVRM. After thirtyfive years, I am unaware of the present educational standard of JVRM.
