Dunlop House is a two-storey Georgian Revival style house designed by famed architect Samuel Maclure, built in 1928 for businessman James Lyle Dunlop & his wife Annie Millicent Dunlop.
The ten acres of land on which Dunlop House stands was at one time been owned by the Hudson’s Bay Company. By 1957 the house and the property had been sold to the government. Since 1974, the house has been incorporated as part of Camosun College's Hotel and Restaurant program.
