Just as the old coffee houses, set up in Italy during the 19th century, such as the "Pedrocchi of Padua, the "Florian" of Venice and the "Caffè Greco" in Rome, became famous meeting places for intellectuals and artists of the era as well as for political and patriotic clientele, the Molinari family, headed by founder Giuseppe Molinari, set up“Bar Molinari” in the heart of Modena in 1911.

Giuseppe and his sons, Alberto and Emilio, began the roasting, packaging and marketing of coffee in 1944.

The company grew and transferred to the offices in Via Fanti 206, where the company changed its structure with the name "Caffè Molinari SpA". It was here that they began investing in research and new packaging technology, striving for the excellence in quality which allows the famous ‘Cinque Stelle’ coffee to be appreciated not only in Italy but also on every single continent on earth.

Cyprus will be the 65th country that Caffe Molinari is present in, making it one of the biggest coffee companies in the world. With over 200 years of experience and such a massive scale of distribution, the taste is something to behold.
