Hartsville Park is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built between 1958 and 2000. The subdivisions that make up this neighborhood are centered around the former Joseph S Hart Elementary School (now the Warminster Recreation & Education Center - WREC), and adjacent to the village of Hartsville.

Hartsville was named for Col. William Hart who served during the American Revolution. John Hart is one of the original land owners from 1684.
