This level, elevated, rectangular grassy knoll was once a tennis pitch. The rumour suggests that maintenance exceeded the usage, and as a small fenced-in park it provides a relatively clean, safe park area. Looked-upon by kitchen windows of small apartments on three sides, it gives a feeling of great safety.
