Historic house in the Dutch Colonial Revival style. Built in the 1890s, and purchased in 1907 by Dr. Basil Bernard Creighton.
Dr. Creighton was a physician who began construction of a bath house in Manitou that was never completed due to a legal dispute with investors. He was the brother of Edward P. Creighton, owner of the Arcade Saloon.
