The home4students Dormitory Neutorgasse was opened in 2012 and comprises 291 places in total, of these 199 single rooms (duplex, triplex or mixed unit). 10-month-dormitory (1.09.-30.06.) with communal kitchens, electronically lockable kitschen boards, 1 multi-purpose room, washing machine and dryer, bicycle storage, gym, common rooms, music room, beautiful inner courtyard.
