House Krivosheeva work of Alexander, built in 1904 in brick style. On each of the four floors of the house placed eight small apartments, aimed at middle-income residents. Here lived the architect and artist B. Krichevsky.
The mansion inhabited mainly by doctors. This house belonged to the actress Mary-Glebova Fedorova.
