Kendall Creek Hatchery is located 21 miles east of Bellingham. It was originally constructed in 1950. The Hatchery rears Nooksack Spring Chinook, Nooksack Coho, Nooksack Steelhead, Goldendale Rainbow, Tokul Cutthroat, Ford Brown Trout, Ford Tiger Trout, and Lake Whatcom Kokanee. The hatchery staff handle Nooksack Spring Chinook, Nooksack Coho, and Nooksack Steelhead that return to the facility.
