A brick, 3-story, flat-roof, commercial/residential block with a full-width masonry-and-wood storefront, principal storefront entrance angled at the corner between the south and west elevations, secondary storefront entrance near the north end of the west elevation, entrance to upper stories on the south elevation, pedimented double window with datestone centered on the second story of the west elevation, shallow oriel window centered on the second story of the south elevation, regular fenestration on upper stories, stone quoining at the corners, and bracketed cornice.
In the early 20th century, this was the home of the Bartholomew Brewing Company.
