Lokotkiv was a former village in Ukraine, located in the Chernihiv district of Chernihiv Oblast. It was administratively part of the Pakul Village Council.

The village was situated 2 km northeast of Pakul, at an elevation of approximately 135 meters above sea level, on the left bank of the Pakulka River. It consisted of two streets, one of which connected from the south.

In 1859, the village had 13 households and a population of 77 residents.

According to 1983 data, the population was 150. Due to severe radioactive contamination caused by the Chernobyl disaster, the village was included in the mandatory resettlement zone. Its residents were relocated to the village of Voznesenske.

On March 27, 2001, the Chernihiv Regional Council officially removed the village from records.
