Abbotsholme School is a private boarding and day school founded in 1889 by Dr Cecil Reddie (1858–1932) at Rocester in Staffordshire, England. It currently has approximately 320 pupils between the ages of 5 and 18. It offers the option of flexible boarding with great scope for extracurricular activities during the week and long weekends. Its curriculum is balanced to incorporate more experiential learning and life skills and focussed on having happy, well-rounded pupils rather than simply academic league table placing. It has its own on-site farm and a strong outdoor education departments with camping, canoeing, and other activities.

Abbotsholme lies in a beautiful estate of some 140 acres on the banks of the River Dove in rural Derbyshire. Co-educational since 1969, the school is Christian but non-denominational. Class sizes are deliberately small and although the School caters for a broad ability range, academic standards remain high with the majority of sixth formers going on to their first choice university, including Oxford and Cambridge. A strong dyslexia unit provides a high standard of support for dyslexic pupils.

Great emphasis is placed on providing an educational experience beyond the classroom, which is achieved: In the arts, through involvement in theatre work, music and the visual arts. In an international dimension, through membership of the Round Square Conference; Abbotsholme welcome overseas pupils of various nationalities on an exchange basis, in recognition of the importance of fostering global relationships and understanding other cultures.
