well this area is suppose to be parking lot for HCT students ... over time the college administration was trying to get land to start building a parking building or even just an asphalt parking lot .. however many people thought the project will never see the light of day .. eventually the land territory were divided to many government units including HCT but no one knows what there going to do with it and it's most likely not going to be parking lot ... let just wait and see !!
