Since the closing of the Rock Island depanneur in 2000, this building was occupied by many businesses, most of which operate as a restaurant or a catering service/food store. In 2005 bistro Au-Coq opened here, and relocated on Fairfax in 2007. In 2008, it lodged an italian pasta restaurant which bankrupted two weeks after its opening. 2011 saw the opening of a multi-ethnic cuisine restaurant "Saveurs du coin", operated by an European couple. As of July 2012 the restaurant remains closed.
