Former Dewey building (Stanstead, Quebec)

The only four-story commercial building in Stanstead, it was very prominent for small commerces and offices, some of which dated back to 1930s (the building was built in 1928). Today most of the commerces are gone, the building is more than 3/4 abandoned. Only some locals on ground floor remain still active.
