Cook is a city in section 18 of Owens Township, St. Louis County, Minnesota. The population was 574 at the 2010 census.

Cook was platted in 1903, and incorporated as a village in 1926. It had a station of the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railroad and the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway.
