In Yevmynka found two archaeological sites Cucuteni-Trypillian culture. The first settlement in the north-western outskirts of the village Yevmynka, in the tract "Uzvoz". It occupies a small promontory high sandy terrace of the left bank of the Desna River. With the Serer-west Cape limited to a small ravine. The settlement was discovered in 1908 by K. A. Stavrovsky. Settlement investigated Makarenko M. E. in 1925 - 1926 years. He found pit with mud ovens. In the 1960's. V. O. Cruz dug deeper housing. Part of the settlement destroyed by landslides coast. Materials are stored in the collections of the State Historical Museum of Ukraine, the Museum of the city Oster, Funds Institute of Archaeology. The monument belongs to the type of "Lukashevsky" stage CI.
