A very grand staircase made of..er...granite. It is the "official" grand entrance to the Park Circus area from Sauchiehall Street. It has featured in countless films and TV shows set in the city. Most famously though, it was the cover shot of the Deacon Blue album "Raintown" that most people know it for - this was the vantage point used on the album's cover shot over Kelvingrove Park and the Finnieston Crane in the background.
