  • Most of the ceremonial House at Baguiati area is costly except DIPA VILLA. It is 2+1 storied, fully marble flooring,fully Air conditioned, having false ceiling and car parking facility is a plus point. But still this property is meant for Middle class people who cannot afford Rs. 25000+ for a day. Hope more and more people at Baguiati area will get the benefit of this ceremonial house.
  • It is true that most of the ceremonial hall at Baguiati area is costly except Dipa Villa(033-69547111/8017202499). For the marriage of my cousin sister at June 2016 when we were searching for a A.C. marriage hall/banquet, all were expensive(more than 50000/-+Tax). We were a beat upset because our budget was within 30,000/-. Then someone told us about Dipa Villa, the A.C. ceremonial hall but within limit. It was a 2+1 storied building ,fully A.C.,false ceiling and ample car parking facilities.It offer us using A.C. for whole area @1200/- per hour. The total cost came much below 20,000/-. So it my suggestion that if any one with less budget looking for a A.C. ceremonial House/banquet, one can try for Dipa Villa.
