Project (launched in August 2012):
1. Built on nearly flooded land, ground water at a depth of 50-60 cm, foundations flooded to the second half of summer.
2. Removed from the city to 35-38 km, none of qualified teaching from Astana to ride will not be.
3. Since the mid-autumn and early spring, shortages of electricity, communications, and warmth.
4. In winter, when the bus will call in the morning with workers from Astana, during winds from kiddle for dinner will go no longer. We'll have to spend the night. And sometimes live in the cold for 2-3 days.
5. Divorced from the social infrastructure of the city.
