  Nice place Hotel Maharaja....had been there on 13th dec 2008 for my sister-in-law's wedding. Really a good hotel... Missing it from Pune.

  My wife, daughter and I stopped at the Maharaja Hotel in October 2009 whilst visiting family. We had two air-conditioned rooms with en-suite facilities that were clean and tidy. The service at reception was wonderful, the guys were always eager to help. The room service was excellent. There was a cut off time for loud music, which stopped at 10.30pm. Can't say the same for the Hindu Temple located next to the hotel. They had a religious event, which went on all night and finished at around 6.30 in the morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to use it as a base to explore the surrounding area.
