The Mahalaxmi temple is an old and beautiful temple,devoted to goddess Mahalaxmi.The care taker of the temple is Subhedar family who resides in the temple premises.The beauty of the temple is worth appreciating.The temple is nearly 300 years old.The renovation of this temple is done by Shri Purshottam Rao Subhedar.The decoration & events in the temple at the time of navrati is really fabulous.

  • I am very happy to visit this site. however I am very much disappointed to observe that while absolute efforts are made to compile the minutest details of the temple's vicinity and area are made available the absence of the photograph of the idol of the goddess is conspicuous. I can send a beautiful photograph of the idol of the goddess Mahalaxmi but unable to do so since there is no for an attachment. Please let me know the E-mail ID where I can post the same.
