Harrison is a town and village in Westchester County, NY. It is one of only five municipalities in New York State to use this unique form of consolidated government. Conveniently located approximately 40 minutes north of Midtown Manhattan, it has a population of 24,154 (as of the 2000 census) with an average density. Harrison is also a popular retirement destination and has been home to many celebrities past and present including Yankee legends Babe Ruth, Joe Torre and Mariano Rivera.
