This land had purchased by Molana Mian Mir Ji Alvi (grand father of Mohammed Obaidullah Alvi) in 1890 from Gulzar Khan (grand father of Ahbab Khan), witnesses were Hadrat Pir Faqirullah Bakoti Usmani, Ali Khan (forefather of Nikodral of Aliabad, Moonda), Maddi Khan (grand father of Mufti Atiq Abbasi), Afser Khan (grand father of Aftab Abbasi and Ikhlas Abbasi) and Abdul Kareem Khan (grand father of Zoak Akhter Abbasi). This was a boundary line in between Kamlals and Murtals tribe of Birote. The local name of site is CHOTAY NA GAND (A place of wild apple). There are four families (grand sons of Molana Mian Mir Ji Alvi and two sons of Molana Mohammed Abdullah Alvi)Mohammed Obaidullah Alvi and Mohammed Samiullah Alvi, two sons of Molana Mufti Abdul Hadi Alvi, late Mohammed Tahir Alvi and Mohammed Yasir Alvi, Voice Principal GHSS Birote.
