  • Saidhona is a very cosy village below the Vassiliki forest. It is well-known for its inhabitants' patriotism and resistance against the Axis troops during the occupation of the country (1941-1944). The visitor can rest and feel the fresh air. He/she can also have the opportunity to taste the local dishes at the famous tavern "Η Καρυδιά".
