Was once a jewel on Front Beach Road, the only full-scale amusement park in Panama City Beach. Closed for business on Labor Day 2004. Many of the historic rides were sold to parks around the world and country. The park was bought out by Miracles Resort Inc. who planned on building a resort there, but went bankrupt before construction began. Now it is just a big slab of cement with a few of the old rides still there.

Park closed on September 5, 2004.
