  Posted 9.3.08 2 years ago, stayed here with my 16 year old son, his first, my 8th time. It served its purpose of a quiet, clean, and comfortable place, excellent value for money @$22 per night. It is old and run down however, enjoyed it so much - the relaxation and tranquility, that I am taking 7 18 years old over in 8 months time for their end of HSC celebration. If you are after a budget hotel with all the mod cons, this is the place - a 2.5 to 3 star.
