Mail Champlain (also known as Champlain Mall, in English) is a shopping mall located in Brossard, Quebec at the intersection of Taschereau and Lapinière Boulevards. Mail Champlain in honour of Samuel de Champlain but references the Champlain Bridge that was built 13 years prior to the mall's opening. Mail Champlain is strategically located in Brossard: on the South Shore's busiest artery Taschereau Boulevard, near Autoroute 10 and adjacent to Terminus Brossard-Panama. Thus, the mall attracts about 6.4 million visitors every year.
The mall is currently managed by Ivanohe Cambridge and features over 140 stores and services. The gross leasable area is 726 111 sq ft and the parking has a capacity of 4140 cars.
The entire mall was renovated between 2010 and 2011 and is now sporting a very modern look.
