This is a private arboretum, but the public are allowed to walk in the area as long as they abide by the rules posted at the entrances.

There are some private areas (and buildings) within the Arboretum, which are generally well signposted.

The arboretum *may* extend further to the east, but there were some areas fenced off when I visited, so I can't tell which areas are publicly accessible.
