Indrasi Dam - A great place for swimming, camping, and picnics

This and the neighboring Hathmati dam are connected.

This is a simple earthen dam open to public. You can park your vehicles on top of the dam, go for a walk around the reservoir, swim in it, or set up a camp on the shores.

The best part is, if you go on a weekday, you have the whole place for yourself. Not a single soul around other than some goats grazing.

There was enough water for swimming at the end of march. Not sure how long it lasts after that. If you go there later in the summer, do update this entry.
