Built 1871, sold to Frank H. Miller in a sheriff's sale in 1880, then sold to the Diocese in 1907, when it became the Bishop's residence. St. Ambrose University bought the building in 1995, it houses the Alumni Relations office (thus its unofficial name). Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
