  • Shimokitazawa is a major hangout for the Bohemian crowd or at least the wanna be bohemian crowd, actually it is mostly college students but still a cool place with a thriving off off off off off Broadway theatre area, cafes and shops. Soon it will be revamped by the city and most likely loose it's charm. The Odakyu line will be going under ground, a huge road will also be built and a rotary for buses and taxis.
