The museum building looks like a real ship. On top, there's an observation platform; and the bridge presents a game of ship steering - looking out of the bridge (equipped with a dosen of steering wheels), you can choose one of model ships in a pool, and try to steer it around.
Outside of the Museum of Maritime Science one can see a deep-water submarine, an underwater house, and other exhibits; two real vessels moored next to the museum building, are part of the exhibition, too.
Near the pier there's a souvenir shop.
