The Waterside Inn, located in Bray, Berkshire was founded by the brothers Michel and Albert Roux after the success of Le Gavroche. It is currently run by Michel's son, Alain. It is one of two restaurants in the top twenty of best restaurant in the UK in the area, the other being Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck. The restaurant has three Michelin stars.
