Natural protected site extending over 64 hectares, the Abbadia domain located in Hendaye is accessible to all throughout the year for a walk with family in a unique setting in the heart of the Basque Country. To visit Abbadia domain, which is named after the French traveler and scientist Antoine d'Abbadie, is enjoying a breathtaking view of the ocean and the hinterland of Hendaye and marvel at the multitude of landscapes that are available. It is also discovering bluffs which characterize the site, its coves and the famous Twin Rocks (Jumeaux). Symbol of the rich natural heritage of the Basque Country, the Abbadia domain hosts a wide variety of plant and animal species.
