Biddle Regional Park is located approximately 5 miles east of Arroyo Grande and was initially developed into its present shape as a regional park in the mid-70s.
It is one of San Luis Obispo County’s regional parks, and is a popular venue for a variety of day-use recreational pursuits such as field sports, picnicking, and special events. Of the 47 acres that the park occupies, about 22 acres are developed. The remaining area consists of the creek channel that supports a magnificent cottonwood-sycamore riparian forest and a dense riparian scrub understory.

The developed area of the park is adjacent to the south bank of the creek, and is a generally flat terrace that also includes a sycamore dominated riparian canopy. There are 5 group day use areas as well as volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and a large grass area suitable for various field sports.
