Brovary house-building company "Mercury" Ltd was founded in 1986 and is a part of Ukrainian State Building corporation "Ukrbud". Nowadays factory is one of the stably working building companies in Kiev region, which totally saved its industrial potential. BHBF "Mercury" builds modern houses and other objects of social sphere.

House-Building Works "Merkury" comprises factory of reinforced concrete wares, repair-mechanical plant, wood-working plant, sanitary technical blanks plant, railway-transport facility, terminal for fuel-lubrication materials, project-estimate bureau, brickwork and building-assembling facilities.

The main directions of factory's activity are:

- Designing and searching works.
