Poplar is a small town in Wisconsin, about 25 miles from Duluth, Minnesota, on U.S. Highway 2. It is very small, home of an old taco factory, a decent golf course to the northwest, and, along the highway, an old Duluth, Missabe & Iron Range (now Canadian National) caboose.
