Minninup Pool, 3km south of Collie off Mungalup Road . This wide stretch of river is terrific for swimming, canoeing and fishing, with secluded spots dotted along the riverbank. The main picnic area, with shady trees and grassy banks makes it a popular spot with families.
If you have a 4WD you can head along the sandy track towards the Griffin Bridge – if not, stick to the bitumen and gravel roads.
